Who can use the website
GYCO is a business product. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use the website or request a demo. You must not use the website if you’re barred from receiving our services under applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.
Demo accounts and pilot access
If we give you access to a demo environment, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at info@gyco.ai if you think someone else has used it.
- Demo access is free, personal to you, and lasts for the period we tell you, normally 14 days.
- Use sample or non-sensitive data only. Don’t upload personal data of others, confidential client data or regulated data unless a signed pilot agreement covers it.
- We may reset demo environments and delete their data when access ends.
- We can end demo access at any time, for example if it’s being misused.

You must not

Intellectual property
The website, the content, the GYCO and FutureCraft names and logos, and the platform belong to FutureCraft or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the website and content for your own information and internal evaluation of GYCO. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you. Using our logos requires our written permission and our brand guidelines.
What you send us
You keep ownership of your submissions. You give us permission to use them to respond to you, provide the demo and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas or feedback about GYCO, we can use them freely without paying you or giving credit. You’re not obliged to send any.
Make sure you have the right to share anything you send us, and don’t send us confidential information through the website unless we’ve signed a confidentiality agreement.
AI-generated outputs
Parts of the demo environment, and some examples on the website, use AI to generate answers, dashboards and analysis. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident.
- Check outputs before you rely on them, especially for financial, legal, compliance or employment decisions.
- Outputs from demo and sample data are illustrations. They don’t show the results GYCO will produce with your data.
- Case studies and problem-solving examples on the website describe specific situations. Results vary.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to other sites, event platforms or tools we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The website, content and demo environments are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We don’t promise the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Content is for general information and isn’t professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FutureCraft won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website, content or demo environments.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or these terms is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
Liability for use of the platform by customers is set out in the customer agreement, not here.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or misuse the website or demo environment, and a third party makes a claim against FutureCraft as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees.
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or end your access to the website or a demo environment at any time if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect our users or systems. You can stop using the website at any time.
Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after your access ends.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly that way.
If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by FutureCraft and you. The seat and venue will be Pune, and proceedings will be in English. Subject to this, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GYCO and the law change. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we’ll give at least 15 days notice on the website or by email to demo users. If you keep using the website after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
- Version 2.0. Added demo and pilot access, AI-generated outputs and the “which terms apply” guide.
- Version 1.0. First published.

- Assignment. You can’t transfer these terms to someone else. We can transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Events beyond our control. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
